Maybe you are not taking enough water. That could be one of the reason. As you do not have itching and discharge it is unlikely to have vaginal infection.
Sometimes urine infection will also present like pain and heat surrounding vagina.
Drink plenty of water. That itself will help him managing the problem.
You can use v wash for cleaning genital region.
