Whenever I eat food which is too hot like fish and all I feel uncomfortable in my stomach too much heat inside it how to prevent this

Hello You seem to have gastritis. Avoid spicy meals and eat in small piecemeals. You can take tab Sompraz 40 mg for one week before breakfast. U can contact me for any more issues
