Heat waves like line vision in lights
When i see in the morning or in a light area i see heat waves like bounces in my vision as it does not occur in dark area please help sir or Ma'am why i facing it ... and i see this type of vision duting seeing street lights

Seeing coloured halos around light is abnormal. If you see towards bright light or sunlight the feeling of glare is a normal phenomenon. However if you are very much worried then you may consult an ophthalmologist nearby and get your funds examination done.
