Heat in stomach and lower abdominal pain

I can feel heat in my stomach and have slight pain in abdomen on left side.mostly feel heat.is this a sign of pregnancy?

Its not a sign of pregnancy.. you cn do a urine pregnancy test if u miss your periods.. pregnancy signs are vomiting , nausea ,fatigue
