Heat come and goes near stomach , back.
Hello Dr.
Please advise I'm experiencing heat come and goes on stomach both side area and upper abdomen and lower and upper back randomly daily since 2 months.

Looks like a case of gastritis. Is it related to food?
Take tablet Pantop 40 mg daily in the morning on empty stomach. Avoid spicy and deep fried foods.
Maintain regular meal timings. Never keep stomach empty for more than 4 hours.
