Heat boil in right leg

I got heat boil in left leg, I took pus outside,even then have little pain. Now I got kind of pimple in hand n one in shoulder. I checked my sugar level,it is normal. Can u please confirm is it because of heat. Also kindly provide me the medicine name or cream name to cure this.
