Heartburn, Nusea, LFT
Having heartburn, nusea and bloating of stomach since a week. Mild pain also in right side of absomen.
Physician has given Helirab-D for a week and suggested USG of abdomen and LFT.
USG mentions - GRADE 2 FATTY INFILTRATION WITH INCREASED ECOGENECITY.
In LFT only SGPT is raised above normal ( 49 ) Rest all values within limit.
Weight - 90 kgs
Height -173 kgs
Hypertensive since 15 years. Currently taking Metoprolol +Cilnidipine
Is the observation in ultrasound of concern?
