Heartbeat very fast

I have a finger pulse oxymeter and sometime I see my heart rate is more than 120. During those times I feel slight pain ( like itching sensation) around the chest area and also balance issue. Should I be very concerned about it? My lipid profile is normal

Hello, I respect your concern towards your health. Though you did not mention the reason for your heartbeat touching 120 bpm. But I would like to tell you if the heart sate is.more than 100 and you are feeling pain just do not take any risk go get an ecg done and nothing to do with the itching. And it is always better to take care of your health. Thank you
