Sir, I take one dose of ecosprin 75mg for first aid because of my bp 160/90 and left hand pain due to anxiety. Ecosprin may affect my heart and any bleeding occurs in heart ?

It's not about heart.. aspirin is added when someone has chest pain and blockage in coronaries are suspected..Yes aspirin can cause bleeding.
