Heart problem
Hello doctor, My age is 24 weight-103 height-6ft.I have habit of smoking and drinking alcohol.Usually I sleep at 4am due to my works and wake up at 1pm from past 1nd half month frequently my heart jerks for 2 to 3 seconds the whole body is normal only the chest part where heart is located that region jerks.This happens only when I am in sleep and in my normal times there is no disturbance from my heart.what is the problem and chances of getting heart attack suddenly?
