Heart pain last 4 month. please tell me why it happen. ECG is good. I did ultra sound of stomach its all fine i dont know what happen with me.

Hello.. Chest pain may be due to Cardiac causes.. Lung related issues like diseases of pleura,pneumothorax.. Gastric/ acidity Muscular spasm.. Anxiety neurosis I wanted to clarify that usg abdomen will not help in checking about gastric issues.. Drink loads of water..have food on time..stroll for 20-30 min after each meal...
