Heart Pain, Anxiety, Panic, Less Breath

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello doc, I am suffering from Good Lv function with Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction with sinus tachycardia, I feel sometime chest pain, shortness of breath, swelling on my left feet and sometimes i feel panic attacks also. What it could be, I am living in fear, is it dangerous to my heath and from last 3 month i am suffring from anxiety also.
