What are the major risk factors heart disease. ? Iam 24 years old, with normal bp,normal sugar, normal cholesterol, no family history of heart disease... I done ECG, ECho, TMT... Everything negative... Present i have gastric ulcer and GERD, having sharp pain in chest and left hand pain.. and always feeling dizziness, mild breathing difficult... Can i worry about my heart health..?.. what is reason for dizziness and breathing discomfort

Hello, Since your ECG ECHO TMT are normal this pain is definitely not heart related. This may be due to your GERD. Right now you don't seem to have any risk factors for heart disease. Don't worry
