ECG and ECHO if normal doesn't require any further testing as there's no danger signs noted in the ECG which requires further examination. But further tests of the heart is a TMT(treadmill test) used to find stress induced ischemia, angiography to find the status of the arteries and the level of blockage, MRI scans and Thallium scans. You can do a TMT test as well to confirm the status of the heart but if the ECHO, ECG and TMT is normal then further testing isn't required.
