Heart function 20-25% One stent in 2018
Sir,
My heart function is 20-25% after a Heart attack in March 2018.
and a stent was planted.
I am Gujarati Male Age 72
in Mumbai.
Till date, I was on
- Cardace 2.5
- Prolomet XL 12.5
- Ecospirin-AV 75.
and was feeling ok.
Last month, same cardologist who planted stent, changed my medicine as follows :
- PROLOMET XL 12.5
- UDAPA 10mg
- VYMADA 50mg
- EPTUS 25mg
- ECOSPIRIN AV 75/10
After that, I am feeling uneasy
and weak.
What should I do...?

Hi. The updated medications are ideal considering your low ejection fraction. The latest prescription is well justified. You can review back with your cardiologist for your symptoms. It could be due to hypotension or AKI which can occur sometimes would need some minor modifications to your medication.
