I am suffering from super ventricular techycardia problem last 10 years.i had got a radio frequency ablation surgery 2019.but my surgery is unsuccessful.problem was arises again.till now I take used dilzem 60  nd concor cor2.5.which treatment is the best in my problem permanently solve plz help and why my surgery is unsuccessful plz till?

supra ventricular tachycardia can recur in 2 to 5 %cases following ablation depending upon locus of the tachycardia. drugs are very good way to control symptoms, however repeat ablation may provide more lasting solution. please share your event ecg, ablation report for further guidance.

The recurrences are known but uncommon; but, it’s driven by the underlying mechanism and associated issues. The technical issues also can contribute which can account for some but sizable number. All in all a clinical review & planning accordingly are the steps forward. Mind you ablation is the best bet in your case
