Heart Cholestrol blockage problem.

Breathlessness, fatigue, unable to walk or stand for a long time. 2 years ago, she consulted cardiologist and angiography was done as she was having chest pain also. Final diagnosis detected was Positive TMT, CAG - Mild CAD, Normal LV function, HTN. After that till now regular checkup and consultation is going on. Recently her cholesterol has again increased to 241.2 mg/dl, triglyceride 334.7 mg/dl, HDL is 32.15 mg/dl, LDL is 142.11 mg/dl, VLDL is 66.94 mg/dl. Still having same symptoms like fatigue, tiredness, weakness, breathlessness, unable to walk long or work for a long time and walk or talk continuously. Please provide consultation regarding what is the exact issue and what should be the proper medication needed.
