While sleeping, my heart beat rises, and it awakens me. The symptoms are mostly at night and also during sleep. If I am going for a walk for a long time, and while getting rest , it. Happens again. Hello,
It looks more like anxiety related symptoms. Just get an ECG done . If its normal then consult a physician for anxiety meds
