Heart beat of baby disappear.
There was a heartbeat in a 6-7 week scan but as there was a adjacent twin sac/subchorionic collection doc suggested for rescan after 2 weeks. During the next scan there was no heartbeat. So the doctor stopped medication and said you will be have bleeding and pain in the next 4-5 days. But so far there are no pregnancy symptoms or even any pain or bleeding as well. It's already been the 4th day since the medication has stopped. Kindly suggest.

Here you have attached usg report of 14/4 which doesn't show heartbeat but on attached 28/4 reports s/o live fetus with e/osubchorionic collection so kindly attach afterwards report s/o absent heartbeat
