Heart beat fast
Yesterday
My son's 17 years old heartbeat suddenly increases and reaches 246 and then we gave cold water face wash and it's become normal but today morning he feels chest heavy ness and some breathing problem he vomits and feels some relax pls advise

Seems like SVT which is short circuit in the heart which raises hearbeat very high transiently. It needs proper evaluation amd treatment. Nothing to panic but get an ECG ECHO and TSH , ELECTOLYTES done and consult with all the reports
