Heart attack fear always
In last 2 year i took 10 ecg and all the ecg report were normal but still i have heart attack fear. Rathar than ecg i took 2 echo test, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray last year these reports also normal. Whenever mild pricking pain (which lasting for fraction of second) happened in my left chest i started fear about my heart. Due to this iam living with unhappy.. can't be enjoying the life moments.. My last ecg taken on dec 31st 2022. Please see the reports and advise me doctors.

Anxiety is very common these days, so kindly control yourself, stay calm And remain away from repeated, useless reinvestigation like ECG. •Increase your physical activity (45 minutes/ daily). •Take proper, balanced and nutritious diet (avoid outside food). Remember that you are not a heart patient.
