Hearing test results
My daughter 5 year old had earinfection last month and I went for oae test today . First time it failed and after repeated 2 times it showed pass. They did PTA and she could recognise sounds till 10db.Audiologist said her hearing is good and impedance is type A. Is it fine or any other test she should take. I also have a concern y after 3 times her oae showed pass.she can hear my words properly.kindly guide

Hi..dnt worry Oae can show result as failed,due to external ear issues may be infections,wax,like that in some cases.and after repeated testing it showed pass right . And PTA also within normal limits Nothing to worry As per your history
