Often, after I finish working out or running, my ear/s start/s clogging and I start having trouble hearing. This usually lasts for several minutes. I've tried ways to unclog it, but it doesn't work. The only thing that works is to wait until it
comes back to normal. What might be the cause of this?

Mighty be having nasal congestion . Take steam inhalation till you visit an ENT surgeon.
