I am not able to hear from left ear. I have counsalted with a doctor he tole me that the nerves has been dead.
So i want to know is there any chances for it with taking madicines or any other hearing device can be inplated by surgery in ear

There is a very expensive option available called Cochlear Implant. However, the sound perceived will be very basic! As you are able to hear from one ear, I would advise you against that option. Another option is to opt for Bone Anchored Hearing Aid which will conduct sounds from the dead Left side through the skull bones to the Right Ear's cochlea. This may be the best option for you.
