Hearing handicapped certificate
My left ear can hear sound above 80 decible My rigjt ear can hear sound 40 decible Then can i do make hearing certificate? Please soon reply

Usually to have handicap certification you need to have problem in both ears above 70 DB. Certification needs to be done by a government hospital ENT specialist
