Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice.
Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration.....
Gargle with salt water.... Consult Physician if symptoms persists....
Hello...u should avoid cold food n beverages. Try taking leukwarm drinks like soups with herbs like tulasi ,haldi , clove, black paper,cinnamon etc .avoide fried ,bakery,and preserve food items.Do take balance diet.
