Healthy and easy to follow diet
My brother , 26yr, civil engineer, works at a private firm and usually undergoes tremendous work pressure ( generally leaves for office at 9.30am and returns back home at 9.30pm) He weighs - 60kg Height - 5'7" Exercise- almost regular at gym Body structure - normal to lean built Food habits- normal He has inhibitions for quite a few food items {e.g. he will not eat 1 whole egg boil as he thinks yolk does no good, but a young man (with no health problem,normal to lean built,with strenuous daily life) can perhaps have that,no butter/ghee } and a bit of food tantrums here and there. Water intake- normal Sleep- mostly 6hrs Food- rice/roti/dal/fish/egg-ocassionally/chicken Fruit - mostly 1apple a day/a few grapes Suggest a healthy diet for him which will be easy to follow even in his hectic schedules.

There are several health diet plan he is young even base line investigations needed to have specific diet plan weight bp respiration lipid lft kft etc needed consult physician for detailed workup
