**Specialist Doctor's Response:**  **Re: Recurrent Seasonal Health Issues (March/August/December)**  Dear Patient,  Your **yearly pattern of symptoms**—low-grade fever, breathlessness, digestive issues, weakness, vertigo, and eye pain—suggests a **possible seasonal or systemic trigger**. Here’s a detailed analysis:  ### **Possible Causes:**  1. **Seasonal Allergies (Pollen/Dust/Mold):**     - March (spring pollen), August (monsoon mold), December (winter dust)     - Can cause **sinus congestion → dizziness, eye pain, fatigue**  2. **Migraine Variants (Vestibular/Abdominal):**     - **Vertigo + nausea + light sensitivity** may indicate migraine cycles triggered by weather changes.  3. **Autoimmune Flare-Ups (e.g., Thyroiditis):**     - **Low-grade fever + weakness** could align with Hashimoto’s or similar conditions.  4. **GERD + Anxiety (Stress-Triggered):**     - Digestive issues + breathlessness + insomnia often worsen with seasonal stress.  ### **Recommended Workup:**  ✔ **Allergy Testing** (IgE levels, skin prick test)  ✔ **Thyroid Panel + CBC/ESR** (Rule out inflammation)  ✔ **ENT & Neurological Exam** (Vertigo evaluation)  ### **Immediate Relief Measures:**  - **Antihistamines** (if allergies suspected)  - **Hydration + Electrolytes** (for weakness/vertigo)  - **Migraine Diary** (Track triggers like weather/food)  ### **When to Consult?**  - If symptoms **worsen or persist beyond the season**  - For **personalized treatment** (e.g., allergy shots, migraine prophylaxis)  📱 **Schedule a detailed evaluation:** WhatsApp **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two*

Better go for complete blood tests and a physical examination. It may be your assumption that these symptoms happen during a certain period only ( coz we always try to find some patterns and correlate everything). These can be separate issues and most importantly treatable. For further assistance/ queries. Contact
