Halo mam - U need a very good high protien diet plan . take max rice,roti,chapati,home made porotha, alu parotha, polao,. all meals u need good quality protien like egg,fish,chicken. take dal,sprouts in lunch ,dinner. curd,paner, cheese u can v at dinner . lunch u can take khicdi, basmati rice with organic protien. two times fruits 3oog. I think of u eat good quality protien based nutritios foods then no need iron tonic. further u can wrtie me on personal for more details..
