Dear Doctor,
From last few days there is severe internal hand pain and while doing hand movements its pain
Also I am feeling tired, Weakness while doing work and while waking up in the morning there is headache right in the center part of head and all the things around me turns around and around.
Also there is chest pain (left side) of the body and there is no activeness/ Freshness observed in my body and whole environment feels dull dull.
Request you to kindly suggest any medicine or guide me ASAP.
