Cause of body ache may be viral fever. Take antipyretics and drink plenty of liquids. If the body ache is permanent and not acute then Best way is Snehan and followed by Swedan. Exposure to sunlight is natural source for Vit D. You may also opt for ayurvedic treatment for best results.
