I'm 17 and i've been having a problem.
Whenever i touch my penis head it hurts too much.
How can i get rid of this?

Your penis head is too much sensitive.
You need to desensitize it by repeated touching with the help of anaesthetic gels.
Before that your genitals need to be examined. Report.
