Health Issue
Hi Doc,
My husband is 30 years old and has health issues like Grade 1 fatty lever, Vitamin D3 deficiency and low immunity, so it is advisable to plan a baby? We are married for 4 years and want to have a baby but due to his health issues, we are concerned and worried.
Please advice.

Hello there.
Ya you can plan a baby nothing like you cannot plan a baby. The deficiency and the fatty liver won't affect your baby.
But is he taking any treatment for himself?
Ask him to have a well balanced diet and sit in the sun for atleast 20 mins a day with atleast 20 percent of the body surface area exposed.
Consult a physician for further help.
