It is difficult to cope up with 14 hours daily schedule for work. It may lead to high level of anxiety and stress related with the job. Balanced diet, regular exercise and adequate sleep and rest are very important. Tachycardia may be due to anxiety level. But it will be better to get your thyroid function tests done. Health diet consists of adequate amounts of protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Taking pulses, chapatis, along with vegetables during the three meals is important. Fresh fruits available during the season are also to be taken regularly. Get your self medically examined for better understanding of the problem and proper treatment for the same.
