Health depression and weight loss
Hi i have health depression from past 2 year and i have lost 6 kg weight in past 2 year. I have ibs as per dr. I have to go 5 times in a day for stool. I am alcoholic and i have anxiety problems. I have consulted so many dr. Nothing going to happen. I have lower back pain. I m not in position to understand to whom I consult. Plz help me out

First of all stop worrying, its counter production. IBS is completely reversible condition without the use of drugs, only we would need to change your diet. Once your IBS gets better, your depression will also get better ( gut brain axis). If you are willing to change diet and lifestyle, you will be completely healthy again.
