What type of a health checkup one should take if there is no major problem. Just a regular health checkup explaining about the different body parts working condition. Also to check if there are any nutrients unbalancing.

You can go for general health checkup which includes CBP,  ESR,  fasting and post prandial blood sugar,  serum bilirubin,  CUE,  TSH,  serum electrolytesLFT.... You can check for Vitamen D and vit B12. These are general tests and doesnt mean to be done compulsarily for your age.  Consult a physician if possible and let him know about your family health history... So that he may suggest. Otherwise go for any general health checkup packages available in labs. Its good to get tests done once a year or two even though everything is normal for screening purposes.
