Amylase: mild -moderate elevation- this enzyme mainly comes from the pancreas can rise with
Stomach inflammation
Pancreatic stress
Gallbladder issues
HoMA -IR more than 2 this means insulin resistance not diabetes but high risk if not correct
Gastric issue -acidity, bloating, pain, nausea , indigestion etc.
Eat more
1. Soft easy to digest
Moong , masoor dal , oats, rice , soft roti , boiled , steamed veggies ( lauki, tori, pumpkin, carrot )
Curd/ buttermilk ( if tolerable)
Papaya, apple, ( small portion)
Protein ( light )
Paneer ( small quantity)
Boiled eggs/ egg whites
Steamed fish / chicken
Avoid strictly
Fried, spicy, oily foods
