An ESR of 38 suggests inflammation in the body, elevated amylase (150) may indicate pancreatic or digestive stress, and a HOMA-IR >2 reflects insulin resistance. Recent gastric symptoms suggest your digestive system is currently sensitive. The priority should be reducing inflammation, supporting digestion, and stabilizing blood sugar. General Guidelines: - Prefer small, frequent meals instead of large portions to reduce digestive load. - Choose simple, home-cooked, low-spice foods; avoid fried, oily, and very spicy meals. - Limit refined carbohydrates, sweets, and sugary beverages to support insulin sensitivity. - Include lean protein (dal, eggs, fish, chicken, tofu) in moderate portions. - Opt for complex carbohydrates like roti, brown rice, millets, and oats in controlled quantities. - Include cooked vegetables instead of raw salads during gastric discomfort. - Stay well hydrated but avoid carbonated drinks. - Avoid alcohol and smoking. - Ensure adequate sleep and incorporate light physical activity once gastric symptoms settle.
