Health check up
Hi.. I am 39 and would like to undergo complete body check which includes check up for heart, lungs, cancer, liver, prostate, etc etc.. Can someone guide me a good lab and type of checkup needed. I did check with couple of labs but they do only cover partial check up.

There is nothing like full body check up. It’s an advertisement and marketing policy of diagnostic labs and hospitals . You can have certain normal parameters and have abnormal health and vice versa. So , I would suggest don’t stress out , if you feel healthy there is no need of unnecessary interventions . However if you have made up your mind regarding the same anyhow , you should consult a doctor first who can customise or plan any tests you might need depending on your health status.

You can consult a physician in your area or online. Discuss your symptoms with him or her.. after that what ever test is required doctor can prescribe you.. don't do tests unnecessarily.
