  4. Health check. To be concerned of?

Last month I took a full body checkup and in all that I could see two things one was high cholesterol and in ECG it says sinus tachycardia. Is it something to be concerned of? Attached the result as well

Check your cbc and thyroid profile . If that's normal ,just increase your physical activity and monitor your heart rate .
