I am student of 17 year old......i used to get only 5 hour of sleep in night and 2 hour in day.....May this is good for my health...or what is the minimum time i should giben to sleep

Hi You are spoiling your health. We need 7 to 8 hours sleep to maintain our body stress free. Actually loss of sleep make your body stressed. And your performance in studies also will decline. Have good sleep for 8 hours. Your concentration will increase! Take care.
