Headache could be due to sinusitis, allergy to your shampoo content or it could be a vascular headache. It could be treated after determining the probable cause.Do consult a neurologist in your area for a clinical examination.Try changing the shampoo, dry your hair after the shower.
Cold is an allergen , that is why people get running nose and cough when exposed to cold
Cold climate can precipitate asthma and sinusitis in susceptible people
Hot climate can cause dehydration which in turn causes headache
Therefore try to avoid extremes of temperature
Use face masks
Wash hair in lukewarm water
Drink warm water
