Hi there hope ur not in too much pain .ur problem is most probably because of ur posture and work style .u need to care for ur posture while sitting and u must take rest for 5 min evey two hours. in these 5 min u try bend ur neck backwards.and relax.Please consult a gud doctor for further exercises and medication but do not ignore ur present state. Hope this suggestion helps u.
hello der if u are working in front of computer headache is associated with it or it may be stress headache......kindly consult ophthalmologist and physician
and back ache may due to sitting for long duration abnormal postures while sitting kindly consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
