I've been having these headaches for over a year now. It's like it's always there in my head .
Now I've forgotten how it feels like without a headache. It's sometimes very painful. I've noticed that it always take in a very spemcific area of my head and when touch my head where it is paining I observe that my nerve get thick and loose and I can literally move it .Need some help

Dear Practo user. There are different reasons for headache. You need to investigate cause of headache. Get your basic blood tests done and MRI brain to rule out any problem with the brain. Consult with your physician.
