I have constant headaches but it hurts more on the left side and I feel dizzy and also I feel nauseous

Hello...... there are many types of headache like tension headache, migraine headache, cluster,sinusitis,meningitis, neuralgia etc....one sided headche  could  be migraine,  sinusitis, cluster headache etc..  Consult  general physician in nearest hospital.  Take painkiller on severe pain...
