Headache with vertigo
I have following symptoms for past few years... 1. Episodes of vertigo for few seconds for few times in a year 2. Followed by headache on temples and back of head. 3.Heaviness around back of head & neck 4.Left eye blurry. Got bad trauma in the same eye in childhood 5.Heaviness around eyes. 6.Have sleep issues. 7.lots of stress 8.Idle & no regular exercise due to current times 9.Alcohol consumption 4 days a week 10.Sensitivity to bright sunlight Could you suggest me my health improvement necessities as of now?

This sounds like vestibular migraine. It needs treatment with prophylactics. Maintain good hydration, regular food habits and good sleep.
