Headache, weakness, legs musle pain
I have been headache only portion of head for last 4 years, some time it happen in left and after some time it happen in right side of head. My eight sight is also very weak, which i maintain my routine check up (every six month). But according to my eye's specialist head ache is not related to eyes, its a symptoms of migraine. I am also feeling weakness generally, some times there is lots of pain in my legs's mussel. I have also a problem of brittle nails in my hand. My height is 4 feet 10 inch and weight is 46-47, but I have a also a problem of belly fat, that looks like I a 3-4 months pregnant lady belly. I have feeling irritation and headache from sunny day, rainy days and too much cold days, also from sun, light sound and crowd. I am a short temper person and being angry any little things, start weeping quickly, very emotional. I have also a problem of irregular mensuration. I am losing my hair day by day.

1. When did the Headache first start ( First Significant Headache ) The first time ? 2. How many days per month this headache happens ? 3.Is the headache localised to any particular portion or is it generalized to all the head? 4. Is it in half side of the head ? 5. Is it localised to one eye ? 6. What's the severity of Headache  on a scale of 1 to 10 ? 7. Do you Have any  - Nausea, Sinus problem, Visual problem, Aura , inability to tolerate bright light or high sound? 8. Any neck pain, heaviness of head , numbness and tingling of arms, Giddiness? 9. Any stress from work or family ? 10. Any Headache triggers - weather , Smoking, Drinking, Menstruation, Missing a meal, coffee, cheese , heavy food ? Please answer for good diagnosis and treatment.
