My friend your question was not clear at all but still I can make out that that you are concerned that your medications have been changed recently.
Let me tell you it's very routine and normal to change your medications from what you were taking too the current medication you don't have to worry about it and take the medication just as advised buy or cardiologist and go back for a follow up visit as and when advised
