Headache, Stiff Neck - Brain Bleed?

Last tuesday I bumped my temple on the side of a dresser. sharp moment of pain, but nothing after that. that night i got a headache. it hasn't really gone away since, and after that I also have experienced sore stiff neck, tiredness, and nausea. went and saw a dr yesterday, he thought if I had cerebral bleeding I already would have experienced severe symptoms. I was reading online about slow brain bleeds that take weeks to develop and i'm worried that my headache & other symptoms could be that.
