Hi,
I am continuously having headache while working on system.
From past few weeks it observed that my pain starts from neck (back side) and then headache Start.. Eyes pain are also there.
I have done eye test also my vision is OK (only 0.25) number is there...should I go for specs or need to consult a doctor, if yes then which one. Or should I improve my diet?
Please suggest I am waiting for your response.

Since you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids and avoid exposure to bright light

Your symptoms are suggestive of computer vision syndrome
Try
A. Take break after every 30 minutes
B. Blink a lot
C. Cold compresses
D. Use antiglare glasses
E. Do some neck exercises
For. Maintain proper sitting posture while operating laptop
F. Use lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears frequently
