  4. Headache on both sides. To lie down?

From past 2 days i have been having headache after i went out ,is this dur to some allergy i have had covid in past, the pain is usually on the sides of the head (both) i feel like it is due to cold but i don't have any running nose,it is a throbbing pain and increases when i am about to lie down
